Nope! You get to focus on the best part of the job and we handle the client booking, editing, delivery & payment. Once the photos are sent back to us, our editors get to work. We then upload them to our client gallery and deliver them to the client. This allows us to speed up the turn around of the photos and provide a seamless experience for the client.
We ask that you don’t hand out your personal business cards at Pretty Instant gigs. The clients have hired you through Pretty Instant and in order to encourage them to do so again we will send you Pretty Instant business cards that you can hand out at the gigs you work. When they come back to book another event they can request you during the booking process.
The copyright of all photos taken by you while working a Pretty Instant gig are held by Pretty Instant. By signing your Professional Services Agreement Pretty Instant Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use any photo that you take for us except where stated otherwise. If you are unable to work a gig that you’ve been assigned to work, please contact us immediately by texting or calling 617-841-7832.
On occasion the client, on-site contact, or someone else related to the booking may reach out to you prior to your gig. If they're reaching out for a general check-in and to introduce themselves there's no need to report back to us, however if they reach out to make changes to the booking please let us know ASAP. This will ensure that our account managers can address changes with the client directly in case there are changes to pricing and your payout.
Our pricing structure varies depending on the type of the shoot. If a client inquires about making extensions beyond what is outlined in your gig, including time extensions, additional portraits or real estate amenities, you can reference the pricing below. Please note that this is only a guideline and not the final cost to client so reach out to us so that we can discuss exact details with the client.
- Event photography: $199 per hour
- Portrait photography: $99 per person
- Commercial Real Estate: $299 per hour
- Additional lighting: $75 per booking
- On-site edit: $75 for 5 images, $5 per additional image.
