You may cancel or change a booking at any time before it is confirmed – absolutely free of charge. Once your shoot is confirmed and a photographer is staffed, 50% of your photography fee will be due if a booking is cancelled, rescheduled or shortened more than 48 hours before your photographer is scheduled to arrive. Should you need to cancel, reschedule or shorten your booking within 48 hours of your booking, 100% of your original photography fee will be due.

Some background about our cancellation policy
Since launching our on-demand photography service in March 2015 we’ve tried to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation & reschedule policy. We quickly realized however, that in order to provide the best photographers without having to charge our users a deposit, we needed to make sure that we protected their schedules as best we could. This is because unlike other on-demand services, photographers aren't able to pick up their next gig a few blocks down the road. When we staff them for your shoot they block out their schedule in order to shoot for you.
We get it - plans often change, but in order for us to maintain the level of quality in our photographers we are obligated to pay our photographers for the time that they’re booked when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled after they’ve been staffed for your shoot.
