At this time photos are assigned to editors based on their general availability. You will receive an email letting you know that photos have been assigned and that they are available in your dashboard. 

Photos will be available to download from your nexus dashboard soon after we receive them from the photographer. If a download is greater than 4.5Gb we split them into multiple parts so that they download faster. We operate in the United States so photos typically come in throughout the day and overnight. 

Each batch of photos has a due date that we try our best to adhere to. You’ll see the due date in the email notification as well as in the description of the photos in your dashboard. If you’re unable to edit and return the photos by that due date, we ask that you let us know so that we can determine whether we need to assign them to someone else or let the client know that there is a delay.

We have editors around the world working in many different time zones so you are welcome to work whenever you like as long as the photos are sent back to us by their due date.

Our main office is located in the Eastern timezone of the United States and we’re typically available to answer questions anytime between 7AM ET and 11PM ET. If you have questions outside of those hours please send us a message and we will get back to you ASAP.
